The Pilot
Knowing isn’t the hard part.Doing it once is.
Four weeks on one change, from picking it to proving it worked.
From $9,000 · Four weeks
Your team picks what to fix. I build the change plan and write the communications. Ninety days later we check whether people are actually doing it differently.
Schedule a CallMost change work dies after the recommendations.
The analysis gets done. The deck gets presented. Everyone agrees. Then the work goes back to people who already have full-time jobs, and six months later you’re having the same meeting again.
The difference with this one is that I don’t leave after I identify the problem.
What Happens
What you have at the end.
Something is actually working, and you know how to do the next one.
Your team picks what to fix first
I bring what the Blueprint surfaced, and the people who do the work decide which problem is worth solving. That choice is most of the reason adoption happens later.
I build the change plan
Who needs to know what, who is going to resist and why, and what has to be true before anyone is asked to work differently. This is the Prosci and ADKAR material applied to your actual situation, not handed to you as a framework.
I write the communications
Not a plan for communications. The actual messages, in the order they go out, ready for you to send.
We check adoption at ninety days
How many people are using it, what is getting in the way, and what to do next. We tell the truth about it.
You keep the pattern
The next change should not need me, and if it does, I have not done this well.
What four weeks looks like.
We pick the change
I spend a day or two on-site with the team that will carry it, and we agree on one thing worth fixing.
I build the plan
The change plan and the communications, written against your actual situation rather than a template.
It goes out
The messages land, the managers are briefed, and the new way starts.
We watch what happens
What is working, what people are working around, and what needs adjusting before everyone settles back into the old way.
Ninety days later we check adoption and tell you honestly how it went.
This is for you if:
Someone already told you what's wrong and it's still wrong.
You have a change you need to make and nobody with time to run it.
You've rolled something out before and watched it fade after three weeks.
You want to see whether this works on something small before you commit to more.
If you don’t know yet what needs fixing, start with a Blueprint. It’s cheaper and it’s what this builds on.
How it works.
Price
From $9,000, set by scope and how many on-site days the work needs.
Length
Four weeks, plus a ninety-day check.
Where
One or two days on-site. I'm based outside Philadelphia and work with clients within about an hour of there.
How we start
Usually with a Breakthrough Blueprint, so the change we pick is the right one. That fee credits toward this.
What would you fix first?
If you already know the answer to that, we can probably skip the diagnosis and start here.
