My passion for this work comes from firsthand experience. I built a marketing and voice of customer team from scratch, aiming to improve client retention and our reputation. I quickly learned employee motivation was key — when our people felt heard, supported and united behind shared goals, service levels and satisfaction rose across the board.

I witnessed how employee experience impacts brand and business outcomes; unlocking potential starts from within. Now I'm driven to help organizations empower teams and embody purpose. I've seen the results — when people feel inspired, they pass passion onto the customer.
